Wonik Materials North America LLC

Wonik Materials North America, LLC was established in March of 2018 as a result of the complete acquisition of Nova-Kem, LLC by the Korean company Wonik Materials Co. LTD which owned the majority of Nova-Kem shares for the prior two years. The company headquarters are located in the R&D center in Germantown, Wisconsin which was opened in 2012 in an effort by Nova-Kem to expand its portfolio of liquid precursors. Developing precursor chemicals for high-tech applications, particularly for the semiconductor sector, has become the primary focus of the newly founded group. Wonik Materials North America excels in the synthesis and purification of materials for the high-tech industry, and has the capability to perform quality analysis of synthesized and purified products.
